Play Dough

Ingredients:

2 cups Flour                   

1 cup Salt

4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar       

2 cups Water

4 tablespoons Cooking Oil         

2 teaspoons Food Coloring

1. Combine dry ingredients (flour, salt & cream of tartar) in a large saucepan. 
2. Gradually stir in combined liquid ingredients (water, cooking oil & food coloring). 
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.  (Dough is ready when it has the consistency of mashed potatoes.)
4. Remove pan from heat and empty dough onto heat-protected surface.
5. Knead dough well (use rubber gloves for working with very warm dough).
6. Store in plastic bag.
